Aqar4You provides property discovery, advertising and communication tools. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having permission to advertise each property.

Confirm ownership, availability, measurements, prices and contract terms directly with the responsible parties before committing to a transaction. Approval of an account or advertisement is a marketplace review and does not certify legal ownership.

Publish only content and images you have permission to use. Do not submit fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading or unlawful advertisements, duplicate listings, spam or private identity documents in public content.

Keep account credentials private and contact the site team if you suspect unauthorized access. The operator may request corrections, pause advertisements or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The marketplace does not collect purchase deposits or process property payments. Any agreement or payment must be arranged and verified directly with the responsible parties.
